This course is three loops of a 10 mile trail through forest, hills, and meadows, and over small bridges at Clinton Lake State Recreation Area. It is almost all single-track trail except for a small section on a road & bridge that connects two sides of the trail loop around the lake. There is about 1500 feet of elevation gain per loop. There will be two full aid stations each loop (start/finish & half-way), but you should also bring a water bottle. This is a trail run so be careful about rocks, roots, and logs on the course.
