Clinton Course Info

This course is three loops of a 10 mile trail through forest, hills, and meadows, and over small bridges at Clinton Lake State Recreation Area (see link to course map). It is almost all single-track trail except for a small section on a road & bridge that connects two sides of the trail loop around the lake. The turnaround/aid station is reached at approximately mile 5.5 (see link to aid station map). Each mile is marked by a 3" x 4" white sign with black lettering. There is about 1500 feet of elevation gain per loop. There will be two full aid stations each loop (start/finish & half-way), but you should also bring a water bottle (see link to start/finish map). This is a trail run so be careful about rocks, roots, and logs on the course.
